Thanks to all who answered my question. That's very cool then. I may have to
get one after all. I have no desire to dump my entire collection into one.
I had a Sony discman for ages and it was a comfort on those semi endless
tours.
FWIW - and I reckon that's not much, I've got a new cd coming out on the
Paisley Pop label this fall called "On A Ladder". It's the usual sort of
rambling nonsense you would expect from me but the good news is that my pal
Chris Stamey helped out on several tracks. Also, Paisley Pop has reissued my
limited edition collection of covers Allsorts with 3 bonus tracks. I think
Jim is pretty much giving it away.
