It was "The Girl Is Mine", my sister has the 45 and played it constantly. at least McCartney didn't put it on one of his albums, otherwise I'd have it too (then again, "Say Say Say" isn't much of a bargain).
I actually found the lyrics to this online - please don't read with a full stomach:
