I back peddle to say that I've enjoyed all of their releases, in general, even before Andy's intervention.
THere's a lot of amazing stuff on the comp "an Illustrated History" that isn't Andy's work,(including "Asia No Junshin")
however the new album took Andy out of the producers role and that took alot of the pop out, as it has already been said, and that had been so plentiful on their previous masterpiece "Nice".
I know they're bigger with the kids these days, thanks to the cartoon, so I wonder if they had to "dumb it down" for them.
I don't think that's necessary seeing my 11 month old loves "Nice".
later,joe
