I don't think I ever saw a single episode of "The Mike Douglas Show," but I
feel as though I did, thanks to having read his autobiography, "I'll Be
Right Back." He seemed like a really nice guy who was interested in all
facets of show business. For as much as she grates on my nerves, Rosie
O'Donnell's love of Douglas helped remind people who he was and introduced a
new generation to him; he was the very first guest on her talk show.
