I'll vouch for Segarini (cause he hasn't much time these days to post on
this list) as having a few dozen appearances in comic books ranging from The
Avengers to Batman to the Simpsons comics. Sometimes he appears as a 'red
shirt' FBI agent...killed off in a panel or two later....he's even been a
woman....and his name has been used as a verb -- "He man, you've been
Segarini'd"...or some such.
Of course these appearances are all due to his close friend/writer/artist Ty
Templeton.
