I think it was Stewart mentioning them that first turned me on to them. They
have a lot of albums and I haven't delved really far into their catalogue
but the Tussler is decent as far as I remember but not really indicative of
what the band are all about - more their country rock side project is my
understanding.
I would get Phanerothyme and It's a Love Cult both of which are great,
really strongly melodic, great playing and varied stylistically moving from
quiet acoustic songs to extended psychedelic tracks. Normally I would balk
at bands when they go into extended noodly mode but they are tight and they
pull it off without making me nauseas.
I think you may find these two different from their earlier releases though
(which to be fair I haven't heard) when I think they were a lot harder.
