Good taste in music and well, hard to say beyond that. 

Now, about Gabe's disgust for anything less then "Macho"....I'm going 
with a reaction formation from an early age. Possibly he was caught 
playing with dolls or "dress up" or some such thing and he's just over 
reacting a bit.  Blames us all for his true but seemingly lost inner 
world.
