Actually I sympathize a bit Jeff. My immunity if it's there is I simply
ignore the behavior, especially from repeat 'panty-twisters'. It's a tad
depressing though to think that, for some, behavior never evolves beyond the
schoolyard. And there were always kids who just loved to see how much they
could piss off, or otherwise upset some other kids.

Problem is, it's a reversal on the old baby/bathwater schism. I don't much
care for the adolescent behavior (aka the baby), but sometimes they have
some pretty interesting bathwater (offer up some interesting
recommendations, etc.). So in the spirit of community, we need our babies.

p.s. Ok, now to keep this vaguely on topic - how many folks here have heard
The Bees (U.S.) - HIGH SOCIETY. Absolute stunner of an album - reminiscent
in places of Josh Rouse, Neutral Milk Hotel, "Domino"-era Van Morrison, The
Beach Boys. I get giddy every time I listen to it. About 32 minutes long and
it's perfect. Definitely going to figure in my faves for 2006. (

for the Rock-only fans.
