I have to disagree with Stewart. The Only Ones are one of my all-time
favorites, even with such a small body of work. "Another Girl" is a terrific
song, but they had a number of similarly melodic songs alongside more
straightforward rockers. One thing they weren't was mainstream, nor were
they "punk," so they tend to get lost in the shuffle, not having had a
gimmick or group to be more readily identified with (aside from leader,
Peter Perrett's drug habit).
