obviously, it's hard to get a credit card address in ea country but
if you have a friend in the UK on iTunes,
i believe they can sign you on & give you a monthly allowance to make
purchases. You just have to re-imburse them or give them an equal
allowance to the US store - there's an idea!!!
or conversely if you want some of the TV shows on the US store
i also think another workaround for non-US folks is you have an old
AOL account where the billing is with AOL USA (at one point, there
was an option to switch to your home country) - I think you can log
onto iTunes USA that way
