As soon as labels and publisher realize that they'd make more money if they 
didn't play geographic politics. Many acts are self-involved in this 
practice as well. Only allowing MP3 downloads in specific territories 
because of out-moded territorial contractual stipulations does nothing for 
those wanting to purchase these songs...like yourself. There's also the 
issue of royalty collection by territory as well.
