Indeed....though I believe, at the time, "Flowers In The Dirt" was 
considered a comeback high-water mark that sparked a return to the charts 
and his first solo tour in more than a decade. McCartney hadn't received 
that much notoriety or praise since "Tug Of War" a full 6 years (and several 
albums) before.
