Here's a hypothetical question some of you on this list may be able to
help with.
Say, hypothetically, there was a band. For argument's sake we'll call
them the National Pep ( http://myspace.com/thenationalpep ). Say they
wanted to play some gigs in California at the end of this year.
Just suppose, then, that the drummer of this band was wanting to
emigrate to the US in a couple of years, so he didn't want to
jeopardise his immigration status, so the band wanted to play at
'private parties nudge nudge wink wink'. Say also the band weren't
really bothered about getting paid or not.
For a band of that type, just hypothetically, what kind of venues
would be good for them to contact?
