I agree with Gene. I've been listening since Mead's "Luxury of Time" and,
while that first disc is still my favorite, the new one is quickly becoming
a close second. I just saw him live for the first time on Saturday night and
he's just as great in front of an audience.

I also love what Brad Jones did with the work of Josh Rouse. I had a couple
of the pre-Brad Jones CDs and they're comparitively difficult to listen to.
I like Rouse's work, but I fully believe that Brad Jones' influence made his
last three albums what they are.
