I caught the Powerchords' set Monday night at the San Diego location of the 
Beauty Bar chain. I heard them last year at IPO-LA,  and I hope they do an 
encore this summer. This is a punk-pop played extremely well. Fans of the 
Ramones, Undertones, Barracudas, etc., are gonna love this band. Check out
