At the risk of boring the group, I have a problem with my Nero burning software and was hoping that some of you might be able to offer some help.
Here's the deal. I have Nero version 7. It usually works like a champ for me. A friend sent me a CDR of mp3s for me to make some mix discs to play at his wedding. I am having the following problem:
I load the CDR into the drive. With Nero open, I select the mp3 I want and drag it into the menu (playlist - not sure what it's really called) to be burned to a CDR. If I listen to the track with my Windows player, it plays perfect. However, when I preview the track in Nero, it skips like a demon. I did burn one test and it also skipped badly.
I cannot figure out why this is happening, or if I'm doing something incorrect. A few of the tracks I need are coming direct from my own CDs, and they preview fine.
I also tried copying the mp3 I need from the CDR to my PC, then dragging the file from the PC to Nero (ie - not copying directly from the CDR) and I get the same problem.
I would be very appreciative of any help/suggestions.
Thanks, Michael
