That's Barney and he was certainly a character and well known for his
attitude. Last spotted by a colleague of mine at a Hue & Cry/Kevin McDermott
gig a couple of weeks ago. He seems to be on at least nodding terms with him
though I think that's just because he approved of a Groucho Marx LP that the
guy had bought from Barney's personal collection, plus the fact he lived
just up the road and spent too much time raking through the racks. On
another occasion he went through to Glasgow for the big SECC record fair and
was browsing through the CDs at one stall only to look up and come face to
face with Barney again; no escaping the man.

Relevant to this list I do remember him having vinyl copies of The Wackers
LP's up on his wall. Don't remember them exactly being cheap though.
