If only...

I'm playing around with a program called CopyPod, which if it works as
advertised, will back up both songs and playlists. (My iPod usage is heavily
playlist-dependent; I have about 60 of them, they overlap, and I almost
always use the iPod by listening to a playlist set on random, using my
playlists like radio stations. The labor to create these was profound.)

The demo version only does 100 songs a pop, so I bought the full version
($20.) I'm still waiting for them to email me an activation key. I'll
report to the list on how it goes. If it works, it will be quite the
bonanza.
