I find it oddly charming in its awfulness. It really DOES look like
the start of a really cheap, sleazy girlie-mag shoot. It's the thumb
placement, I think.
The record itself is pretty awful. Other than "Sugar Town," which I
love, this record's mostly a bandwagon-jump towards that weird fling
with 1920s Tin Pan Alley pop that was briefly popular in '67, but she
can't quite pull it off.
