All this talk about "Build Me Up Buttercup" just mademe think of a band from
San Antonio called Buttercup. There's quite an obvious Kinks influence. I
recently saw them for the first time last month. Their debut, Sick Yellow
Flower, has been growing on me ; their next release, Hot Love, is due next

1/2 of Cotton Mather (Dana Myzer and Whit Williams) with Ron Flynt have
formed a project called Stockton. I've only heard 1 song but it's already
been featured on a Veronica Mars episode. The song is called "Dreamworld" ;
