Subject 20 GB of Power Pop

My beloved 20 GB iPod is full!  I'm obviously going to replace it with a bigger one.
   
  My sincere question/dilemma:
   
  I want to sell it to help fund the new one, but is it necessary that I "wipe it clean" first?  Can/should I advertise (e.g. the 'Bay or here) that ther're 20GB of righteous power pop on it?  (DISCLAIMER - THIS IS NOT INTENDED TO BE A PRE-SALE SHILL)
   
  It's a righteous collection that could really set someone up.
   
  Honestly, what would you do?
