TMBG have had this effect on me many times too. I have to take a break
from them when this occurs.
Farah, Greg and others thanks for the tips. I think I've said this
before, a former coworker said the cure is to sing the song in a Bob
Dylan like voice. Kills the tune. Anyway, this has never failed
me....until now!! Farah, for the love of God, give me this dangerous
antidote, I'm on the BRINK MAN!! ;)
The worst I ever had this was when I was fresh out of High School
working in a dreadful place where I packed refrigeration hoses all day.
My mind tended to wander and I had "Cat's in the Craddle" stuck in my
head for weeks and weeks. Going over it line by line rather
obsessively. I shudder at the memory...
Was it Gene who asked where the song was from? Busy day sorry...Anyway,
I don't know.
I think it was Gary L. who mentioned the ton of his songs on his site
for download. That's where I got it. I have grabbed a few and this was
one of my favs (until now) :)
