One of the most sought-after records among 60's vinyl junkies is the 1965
Elektra disc featuring the folk duo of Kathy and Carol. The out-of-print
disc found a new life as a CD reissue by Collector's Choice and features the
typically fine liner notes of Richie Unterberger.
Kathy Larisch and Carol McComb have reunited and will be headlining the
(free!!) Adams Ave Roots Festival in San Diego. The duo will be performing
this Sunday at noon.
Cindy Lee Berryhill, one of the leaders of the "anti-folk" movement in the
80s, will be taking to the stage Saturday night at 7 p.m.

And did I mention it was free?
