One of my old bands, The Scientific Americans released an EP on our indie label (Tekno Tunes) in 1978. The first tack was "Eeep, Opp, Ork, Ah-ha" and we credited it to Jetson/Screamer. We used to open live with Non-Alignment Pack by Pere Ubu, running right into Eep and then into an obscene version of "Cottonpicker" as performed by Eddie Cochran.

We got decent college radio play, sold out the EP,and John Peel spun it for awhile. We also wrote anonymous letters to Hanna-Barberra about this awful punk band abusing their copyright. Our idea was being sued by a corporate cartoon company would catapult us into punk history. Didn't work.

some band history is at:

I've noticed the ep selling for $50 and up on ebay, usually to someone in Germany. I still get occasional poorly translated fan mail from Europe.
