I think PISCES AQUARIUS CAPRICORN AND JONES, LTD is the masterpiece, 
followed quite closely by HEADQUARTERS and MORE OF THE MONKEES 
(discounting the utterly horrid Davy showcase "The Day We Fall In 
Love").  THE MONKEES and HEAD are just barely a step below that, THE 
BIRDS, THE BEES AND THE MONKEES and PRESENT a step below that, INSTANT 
REPLAY a step below those two and CHANGES (the final Monkees album, by 
just Micky and Davy) is all alone at the bottom.

Even CHANGES, however, has a couple of good songs.  If you like PISCES 
and HEADQUARTERS, you wouldn't go wrong with buying all of them on the 
cheap.
