>I've always really dug the Monkees songs that Nesmith has written

Apart from "Circle Sky" you just named every one of my fave Monkees
songs and
I never stopped to think they're all Nesmith tunes. Doh!
Hummmm, all the money spent on Neil Diamond and Goffin/King songs...
They could've saved themselves a butt-load by letting Nesmith write
more.
Yeah, but it all balances out. They MUST have been paid a boat-load
to cover Linzer & Randall's "The Day We Fall in Love", right?
The Monkee's are everywhere. As mentioned, Mike is in the news, Micky
was just on American Idol AND Davy was on that Home Improvement show.
So, where the heck will Peter Tork next appear
Brrrr
even saying that
I have a ghastly memory of the faux Peter Tork that used show up
here. Never mind.

NP: in my headThe Way Out's "Way Out" from Gilligan per Rob's post.
