In the 80s, I remember stumbling across a budget priced imported Who
compilation on vinyl that had a few alternate mixes, including an extra bass
part in "I Can See For Miles". I think that they were done for the BBC when
the Who decided not to do live radio performances. They supplied the Beeb
with alternate mixes of their studio recordings. Does anyone else remember
this?
