I kinda like what's up, but I agree she isn;'t what I think of as a
songwriter. Even she says she's not a songwriter on her website, she just
has a good energy when working with people that brings out the best in them,
and she ends up with a songwriting credit. Frankly the Cheap Trick songs
don't sound like someone else wrote them, like other covers like the flame

I liked the tune they posted. It's amusing/scary to me that Linda Perry has
become the go-to pop song doctor these days, since IMNSHO "What's Up" is one
of the absolute worst records of all time.
