I suggest you mean songs by artists where we don't actually recommend 
the album as a whole.  In that case, the Cloud Room's "Hey Now Now" is 
a must.  As a single, it's pretty much the pinnacle of the whole 
current neo-post-punk thing (Killers, Interpol, etc. etc.), but the 
album is pretty weak overall.  Can't recommend the single enough, 
though.
