In general - I hate bonus tracks.  I'd rather have a separate purchase
rarities cd - even if the album was only 32 minutes long.  My little brain
spent hours deciding what to do with album bonus tracks when importing them
to the iTunes - I eventually changed the album name to "Album Name: Bonus
Tracks" - so when I play the album I don't get any crap at the end.  The
Elvis Costello re-issues drive me mental - with the number of repeats over
the years flung around willy nilly.
