Thanks for bringing up some memories! Reflex was published by a guy named Rich Shupe, who I knew from Lehigh U., where he was Program Director of the college radio station in the mid-'80s. His magazine started out as "Flex" but was re-named "Reflex" and lasted for a year or two. There was a flexidisc in each issue, and I recall some were pretty damn good (The Residents were one). I have most of the issues in a box somewhere in my basement...
