Thanks for the clip link (If I can download it, I will convert it to
play on my IPOD )...
I wish someone would dig up the video of the Osmonds lip synching "The
Drum" and "Down By The Lazy River" in a recording studio, anyone know
what show that was?
And from what I found out online, the Osmonds first two MGM albums used
studio musicans from FAME studios in Muscle Shoals, but the Osmonds
played their own instruments on the self-produced songs on "Phase 3"
along with the whole "Crazy Horses" :LP (the group's first
self-production) and "The Plan". The band also played on several Donny
solo tracks, one of my favorites is "Love Me" which does a nice job
nicking the lick of Chicagos "25 to 6 to 4"..
BTW play "Crazy Horses" back-to-back with Aerosmiths "Back In The Saddle
Again"...
