Yeah, you're right Barry, they were ABC.
I was thinking HB because the guy who did John's voice has been in (seemingly) dozens of those HB cartoons. The second you hear him you'll say 'I know that voice'. And they are lots of fun, as well as time consuming at work. 

Supposedly in the 70's Channel 11 (WPIX) in NYC would show the Beatle cartoons in the afternoons, and (the real) John would watch them with fascination. How cool would that be?
