Hi there---Prog and art-rock fans are not only coming out of hiding these 
days, they are also whooping it up south of the border. Who knows? There 
just might be a City Boy sighting one of these days. The prices for this 
festival are reasonable--sort of like IPO with a lot of mellotrons!
