Man oh man. Very sad week. Maybe Jack Wild's case will help some people
butt out.

First Don Knotts. I was pretty darn little when he played Barney on
Mayberry RFD and while certainly not 'classically' handsome I thought I
could see he meant well (although often acted like a ninny) and was a
good guy. Crush!

Then came Jimmy of HR Puffnstuff and Oliver. Zing. He was quite cute and
only got better as the show went on. The show wasn't really a big fave
but Jack Wild was definately a Crush! Oliver was great too, one of the
first "grown up" movies I saw w/my folks or was that the "Godfather" <ha
ha not>.

And Dennis Weaver. Mmm-hmmm. Well really Mcleod was my first heavy
Crush! He was to me what Farrah Fawcett would have been to a boy. Wow.
In the mid-70's moustaches were hot (yes, they were primitive times) and
Mcleod had a great one. And what a jawline (to this day I'm a sucker for
a lean face). And he was a loner outsider. What's not to love?

regards, Judith
