I just bought this player and did the hack, and it does allow me to play all
kinds of DVDs: Region 0, Region 2, PAL, etc...however, there's a funny thing
I've noticed: I have two PAL DVDs, one is a Region 0 copy of the movie
"Crazy Moon" and the other a Region 2 copy of "Twins". When I play them, I
notice that they play a bit too fast, maybe about 3% above normal speed.
When I play Region 1 NTSC discs they play at normal speed, so it's clear
that the player isn't inherently off speed.

Has anyone else who has this player noticed the speed increase when playing
PAL discs? I unfortunately have been cursed with ears that are very
sensitive to speed variation, but I would assume that other Auditeers have
the same "problem", and therefore might be hearing what I'm hearing.

Thanks,

David
