I was sent a 5-song sampler from the record last week as the Nines still
have not secured a label. The interesting thing about these tracks is that
the Andy Partridge co-write is the least catchy of the songs...in fact, it's
a bit of a dirge. Eggers is more than capable of holding his own as a
songwriter and this record is going to be monster from what I've heard so
far.
