Hi Dave
I'm so sorry  to confirm  Billy Cowsill's passing.
I only wish it was a bad rumor and wasn't true.

The family was gathered in Rhode Island for the wake of their brother
Barry Cowsill who was a Katrina victim, when they received the news.
Billy, due to illness could not travel to attend.

Please check the website for further info re: funeral arrangments etc.
