Arthur,
I've been linking to several free mp3s every day on my site at:

For example, I've got links to free full mp3 albums by Dave Stoops
(just featured on Not Lame), the first album by The Happies, and an EP
by the Spectacular Fantastic that features a great cover of Del
Shannon's "Runaway", not to mention individual tracks from several
different artists, all of which are made available by the artists free
on their sites.
