Gary Louris said in an interview in the Minneapolis Star Tribune that the
Jayhawks were done awhile back. He then sort of took the statement back, but
I can't see anything happening with them.
However, Louris is in the band with fellow Jayhawk Marc Perlman, Kraig
Johnson (Run Westy Run), Dan Murphy (Soul Asylum), Jody Stephens (Big Star)
and Jeff Tweedy (Wilco) and they have finished a new album which should come
out in the not too distant future. I don't think that they will tour,
especially with Tweedy, but you never know.
