A few questions for the list:
Can anyone remember the name of the guy who put out the CD "General Store" a
few years ago?
Also, what's going on with Andy Partridge? He and XTC are one of my all
time top tenners -- and I kind of figured, that after they got out of the
mess with their record company several years ago, the floodgates would open.
Well, we got Apple Venus and Wasp Star, both excellent, but since then - ?
Just the Fuzzy Warbles series, which I haven't bothered to pick up, as they
seem to me to be rather expensive collections of outtakes, B sides, etc -
much of which I have already in some form. Me, I'd love to see a new studio
CD (or 3)! Or maybe Andy is content to putter around in the garden, these
days...
