I don't know about "underrated". Not around here anyway. When I saw the Choch Watchband on the bill with  Love, they opened with All Sold Out. Buttons had just come out
that day...

It is a very "British" album compared to Aftermath. Not too surprising that Jagger doesn't rate it very high. I think some of his problem is on the technical side. Too
many sub mixes killed the  sound... I dunno, it's got a great weird sound to it.

I recently picked up another mono copy. I was surprised to find that my original (still got the shrink wrap and the "buttons" sticker) sounded fantastic.

Glad the last batch of reissues gave you the UK running order. It was a shame that when the Stones finally started making dedicated albums, rather than collections of
songs, they got hacked up to include US singles.
