I bought a refurb'd Sennheiser RS-110 from their Amazon store a month ago.
The headphones: use 2 AA batteries, the tuner & sound controls are funky
like 60's transistor radios and are only moderately comfortable. That said,
for $50 I got what I wanted, which was to be free of the cord. Use for
both music
& TV listening and am satisfied. Even plugged the transmitter into my laptop for
Little Hits, WFMU Beware of the Blog ld's & Live365 listening while doing the
chores ,etc. If you're expecting audiophile sound then forget it, but I wanted
convenience. Mine work up to about 60 feet from the transmitter
