Or if you really like twisted humor, check out the first season of League of
Gentlemen on DVD. Set in the ficticous town of Royston Vasey. Hysterical and

Aye, quite British, quite absurdist. But just not all that funny any more.
If  you are looking for original  Bristish comedy, check out "Green Wing"
which should be out on dvd next year.
