Hi folks---Two on my want list
1. THE SMOTHERS BROTHERS COMEDY HOUR--Famous Who appearance (among many
other rock acts) plus early Steve Martin, "Teatime with Goldie," and the
brillantly droll Pat Paulsen.. E! network showed some of these back in the
90s, with Tommy and Dickie Smothers recalling their censorship battles with
CBS. The episodes were shot in the "fairyland" color that the "eye" network
enjoyed using on the Smothers, Ed Sullivan, Carol Burnett, etc.
2. BROOKLYN BRIDGE---"Wonder Years" --style, coming of age series set in
the 50s. Great acting and not a bum script in its short but impressive
life.
Title song crooned by Art Garfunkel.
