I believe the Scarecrow of Romney Marsh is slated for future release in Disney's Treasure Chest series.
They just released Elfego Baca (starring Robert Loggia ) and Swamp Fox (starring Leslie Nielsen) and at the same time released Disney Rarities which includes among others , Ben and Me,Ferdinand the Bull,Social lion,Paul Bunyan,Freeway Phobia 1 and 2 (goofy in driver ed movies)several of Walt's Alice series (live action b/w with animated characters) and my favorites ...the Humphrey Bear and Audobon J. Woodlore series (Hooked Bear,In the Bag and more)
These are usually very limited runs so get them soon if interested.
