Hello All - 

I've run across a catchy little pop song that I haven't been able to run
down a band for on Google.  It is a mid-tempo, jangly tune with vocals that
are somewhat reminiscent of Korgis.

The lyrics are, in part, as follows:

Caught in park, refuse to drive
I think I'm gonna pass the night....


Chorus:

It's overrated
They're overrated
I'm overrated
Rated now...
Guess I could fake it
But it seems complicated

I've tried in the past, but haven't found anyone who could ID this song.
