FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
December 2/2005

The 20th Anniversary of Bullseye Records is proving to be another successful
year as the company finally enters the global market with the announcement
December 1st that it has now signed a 2-year distribution deal with Revolver
Records in the UK.

President Jaimie Vernon is quite enthusiastic about working with Revolver
and had this to say about the partnership, "We have wanted to take our
Classic Rock catalogue and new developing talent overseas for some time and
following meetings with Revolver President Paul Birch at both Midem in
France and Canada Music Week in Toronto, it became apparent that Revolver,
and their distribution network through Universal Music Group, was the right
home for our catalogue. Paul was familiar with our acts like Santers having
licensed their material in the '80s, and Klaatu from their 1970's notoriety,
and felt that the UK market was a place these acts and Bullseye could
flourish."

Revolver's Head of A & R, Peter Black concurs, "Revolver Records are very
excited about working with Bullseye Records. The diversity and strength of
the roster reflects our own catalogue and we feel Bullseye need no longer be
a well kept secret as far as the UK is concerned. The faultless Klaatu 'Sun
Set' package is an especially exciting proposition for us."

Bullseye product will begin emerging in the UK through Revolver/Universal
starting January 2006. Tested titles like Klaatu's back catalogue and
Bullseye's critically acclaimed "It Was 40 Years Ago Today: A Tribute To The
Beatles" compilation will be immediately followed by quarterly incremental
releases of other catalogue items such as Goddo, Moxy, Santers as well as
newer, but established, acts such as The First Time, Dave Rave, Geoff
Gibbons and Creighton Doane (Harem Scarem).
