The loudest show I ever saw may very well have been others since then, but for simple "stun(-guitar)" factor, it was Blue Oyster Cvlt here in Kansas City in 1976, touring on AGENTS OF FORTUNE, Halloween night. An awesome show that actually got the back page of Rolling Stone show review write-up, y'know, back when that stuff mattered. <wink>
