Loudest show?
That's an easy one.
Pantera at the Meadows Music Theatre in Hartford, Conn. in 1996. I was there
to review it for the Journal Inquirer of Manchester, Conn., where I was
working as a reporter at the time.
It was a triple bill with White Zombie and the Deftones.
I was, in fact, deaf from the tones by the time I left, and I can still feel
the burn of the flashpots from the White Zombie set,
My date at the time was horrified by the whole business.
